My Little Love Bug

As the majority of my scrapbooking revolves around my daughter, my next layout also features a picture of her wearing a cute pair of ladybug jammies.  It perfectly matches the "Lovebugs" collection from Doodlebug so it was easy to select my papers!

I wanted to showcase a variety of the papers from the collection so I decided to go with a layout that would allow me to feature them all.  I cut circles and scallop circles and arranged them in a random pattern on white cardstock.  I then decided to add hand stitching to each of the circles in coordinating threads.  I then added more hand stitching around the border of the white cardstock to add a little more detail. Yes, I realize that I am crazy for doing all the hand stitching!!

For my title, I used one of the pre-designed papers that I modified slightly to be the shape that I wanted.  I also added some additional lettering to make the perfect title for my page.
